Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order vary depending on your chosen method of shipping. We understand that shipping expenses can deter customers from purchasing products, which is why we have selected to have a base rate for standard shipping. All standard shipping orders will be $10. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or postal service issues.

International Shipping
Unfortunately at this stage, we are not offering international shipping, however we are looking into this and hope to ship internationally in the near future!

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in locating it or providing a solution.
