Returns Policy

At Little Crystal Co., we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. As our products are handmade, we only accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards


Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
